La supresión del concepto de ventas domésticas tuvo lugar el pasado 30 de octubre de 2018
5th meeting of the European Commission's Customs Expert Group, Valuation Section (CEG)
The CEG has decided to delete the principle of so-called domestic sales in the Guidance Document on Customs Valuation. This removal of the domestic sale will mostly impact the customs valuation of goods for export from third countries outside the EU to the EU that are subject to chain transactions between two EU stablished parties.
